Yoga resumes for Fall 2011
Session 1- Mondays, Sept. 26 - Oct. 31 1:30p.m. - 2:30p.m.
Session 2 - Mondays, Nov. 7 - Dec. 12 1:30p.m. - 2:30p.m.
Cost: $36.00/per 6 week session.

Learn to release stress and re-direct energy to gain better health and sense of well being through sustained poses and gentle stretches. Discover improved muscle and bone strength, range of motion, balance, coordination and stability. Adult students of all ages welcome. Registration deadline is September 22. Tai Chi, Yang Style, Short Form
Thursdays, Sept. 8 - Nov. 10, 7:00p.m. to 8:15p.m.
Cost: $150.00 for 10 week session/$136.00 for NPCC Members.
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese meditative martial art, great for general health, balance, stress reduction and circulation. Beginning and continuing students welcome, over 18 years of age. Please contact instructor Dr. Colleen Hart, N.D. for registration details 206-595-4657.

Learn from landscape experts
Parkside Garden Club members are coordinating the National Garden Clubs, Inc. Landscape Design Study series of four courses for the Chinook District of the WA State Federations of Garden Clubs. Courses may be taken in any order.

Course II, Oct. 25-27, 8:15a.m. - 3:45p.m.(25th & 26th) with testing for those interested from 9:00a.m.– 11:00a.m. (27th) Cost is $60 for two days, $35 for one day, $5 for testing, please register by Sept. 30. Instructors include landscape architects and designers, college professors, and state and county experts, including our very own Doug Osterman.
