Welcome to the Cove website!
The Cove (a.k.a. Lot A) consist of 18 acres located at the west end of SW Shorebrook Drive in the city of Normandy Park, WA. It includes 700 feet of waterfront on Puget Sound, a community clubhouse, tennis courts, woods with interpretive trails, two creeks (Miller and Walker), a duck pond for salmon rearing and a wetland area.

The Cove is privately owned by 1800 households which have an equal and undivided interest in this property. Use of the Cove property is limited to Lot A owners and their guests.

01/01/12 The Cove building will be closed in January for installation of a new deck. Work begins on January 3, 2012. This is another community volunteer project. Contact Tony Cassarino at 246-9941 or tcassarino@hotmail.com to get involved. The office will remain open. More info
 
  Goodbye Helen Kludt As a 55 year resident of Normandy Park, Helen Kludt was a well-known active member of our community. She passed away November 28, 2011. A memorial service will be held at the Cove on Sunday, February 12, 2012. Time to be determined. More info
