How do we top last month’s Spanish Wines & Paella experience? Well, how about Italian Wines & Pizza!
Italy deserves some of our attention; the country does host 20 distinct regions, all producing their own claim to fame in the wine genre! While we may not be trying 20 different wines, we will be looking at a handful representing a cross section of what Italy has to offer! As of this time, I have selected the wines to feature (Nebbiolo will be in the lineup, a nod to an attendee from last month who made the request!).
But, I am still conducting a thorough search for the ‘right’ Pizza! Considering the fact that I absolutely love pizza, this is an undertaking I’m well suited for! Oh, I should add that since not everyone (my wife included) is not as much a pizza fanatic, we will have the traditional Caprese Salad available as well:).
