Music – The Opal String Quartet and guest bassist, Spencer Hoveskeland perform Dvorak’s Quintet in G Major Opus 77, Dragonetti’s First Concerto and Turina’s La Oracion de Torero, Opus 34
Art – Amber Raven, Archmonoth and Friends present a selection of art, mixed media, and more. Live demonstrations and art available for purchase.

PASTA MAKING WITH KELI DeRITIS

6:30-8:30 p.m. $65 per student
Join Keli for a fun evening of past making. Learn to make different types of pastas using there different methods. Together we’ll make and sample Butternut Squash Lasagna, Spaghetti alla Chitarra with Truffle Sauce, and Bigoli Calabrese. A seasonal salad, bread, and tiramisu will also be served. A recipe booklet is included.
Class is limited to 16 students, so reserve your spot today!

In our October Class, let’s start to peel away that which makes the French Wine, well, French. I know I’ve got those chomping at the bit to taste Bordeaux, or even Burgundy, let’s do it. Maybe not a Grand Cru Burgundy just yet, but sometime soon. Like the twist on the adage; “so many wines, and so little time”. it’s time to get into French Wines!
