* Easter Egg HuntEaster Egg Hunt

Saturday, April 8—11:00am sharp!
All of our neighborhood children and grandchildren, preschool through third grade, are invited to join the Easter Bunny at the Cove for our annual Easter Egg Hunt. Rain or shine, the hunt horn will blow promptly at 11:00 a.m. It’s all over by 11:30 at the latest, so don’t delay and miss out!
This is a free event! Children should bring their own baskets, and since it’s all outside, we recommend boots for potential mud and damp. The Easter Bunny will be happy to pose for photographs, so be sure to bring your camera.

Attention chess players! We're organizing a new chess club at the Normandy Park Community Club. We will meet twice a month on Wednesdays to play, with chess sets and clocks provided. The first meeting will be Wednesday, April 19, at 7 o’clock. At that meeting, we’ll figure out what times work best.
If you have a chess rating--from chess.com or elsewhere--that would help to match you with players at about the same level.

Where: The Normandy Park Cove
Cost: $50/person
Whenever the subject of Spanish wine comes up, I can’t help but include Paella in the conversation (or on the palate). So, for our April Wine Experience, we’ll look at the awesome world of Spanish Wines; along with Paella provided by Itto’s Tapas Bar in West Seattle as well as an assortment of Spanish cheeses/tapas. If you’ve experienced Itto’s, you’ll understand the mouth-watering excitement I have over this pairing! Learn about wines from Spain and enjoy their most recognizable and tasty dish! Seating is limited.
